The last thing I want to do is pay for it.... Communism looks good on paper. But Big American Render can't live like that.. I have money for a reason. Because I made it. I already have a hard enough time as it is coping with the idea of food stamps, welfare, etc...

may sound pigheaded, but i can't help feeling this way...

damn Philly cats! lol nah, but i'm not condoning communism. capitalism is just as much of a parasite as communism is though. both are doomed to the same power structure and therefore the same inevitable end when people finally decide to wake up and smell the roses. the only difference is that (in the US at least) capitalism keeps the people comfortably numb for a longer period of time. it's the power structure that makes it all so corrupt and doomed though, but it will be a long time before we overcome the power structure because those in power have done everything they can to solidify their position in society and make the people believe their rhetoric.

communism ?? because a liberal is president is communism ?? because this crisis and the state nationalized some stuff is communism ?? man people gotta stop trowing names around your country economical wise is closer to fascism everyday even political wise the merger of state and corporate power that's the economical definition of FASCISM your countries policies are led by corporations that have monopolies all over the economy and the political landscape why you think the state bailed out the corporations ?? Corporatism is the basic economical function of a Fascist society even the founding fathers warned us about the perils of Corporatism but of course none of them thought that this will be the long term effect of private property don't get me wrong i don't believe in nationalization but "the only guarantee not to be robbed of the fruits of your labour is to possess the instruments of labour."

Fascism and Communism are almost indistinguishable. But Fascism will try to obliterate Communism by feigning to support a free market economy.

I possess my own instruments of labor.. but i'm aftraid the ground will become too red to grow anything rewarding..

Render, I completely disagree, and here's why:

Communism - a theory or system of social organization based on the holding of all property in common, actual ownership being ascribed to the community as a whole or to the state.

Fascism - a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.

^^^^ dictionary definitions. Do those sound in any way similar?

I'm just saying though, how is capitalism different? The only difference is that instead of one person having power and creating discrimination within society it's big corporations that have that power. The big corporations are practically modern day Willy Lynch's the way they pit sub groups of people against each other subliminally.

No. A society in which the power is vested in the people.

Power vested in the people. It seems as though we tried that one. I just have this funny feeling that, one day, a whistle will be blown and a WHOLE LOT of people are gonna change into red jumpsuits... An internecine war. And the orders are coming from outside the states. The USA is a tool. I'm not trying to be objective.. its just things are starting to happen, and change can be a frightening thing in a world of uncertainty and dilemmas..

I'm more afraid of what the threat of communism, or any change to our government, might bring about..

Its not going to be pretty.. And there are countries sitting patiently, waiting for the day the US is ripe for the picking..

When they strike, they will do so in unison.

If the USA ever flies a red flag, it will be over whats left of it. Wasteland, Irradiated men, citizens who could afford it will be hiding in sub bunkers, remembering the days of RHHF and the internetz... lol. Yeah, I'm a certified lunatic. But I'm worried.

Cassandra complex? Perhaps. But you don't have to peer into a black mirror to see this coming..

ohh thats the biggest lie i ever heard the right wing tries to push everything on the left so it can have a clean sheet Fascism and Marxism have nothing in common they are not " indistinguishable" thats a bunch of bull crap . First of all, Fascist countries are capitalist countries, with private property rights, private ownership of most means of production, market economy, ban on labor unions and strikes, and a ban on socialist and communist parties. The USA its the same unlike western Europe in the US socialist parties and communist parties are banned unlike western Europe the US has a very dirty sheet regarding labor rights and rights for labor unions the US has exceptionalist tendencies like Fascist countries if you think all totalitarian system are the same then well look in you country its a western country and for 200 years used totalitarian tactics to shut all opposition down instead of trowing names around just look at your country Mussolini said this " "Fascism should more properly be called corporatism because it is the merger of state and corporate power." Even FDR warned America about her way into FASCISM heres is quote :

The first truth is that the liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than their democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is fascism—ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or by any other controlling private power.

you don't posses nothing cause you have a boss he robes the fruits of your labor in Marxism the state robs you in Capitalism the individual corporate class robes you you don't have no control over what you produce

Yeah.... We have the power to elect people to make decisions for us every 4 years. That's it. At least in the US. Idk how GB is. I know you guys have Parliament so I'm guessing it's relatively similar. You and I both live in republics, not democracies. Democracies are where we all get to vote for what happens. Sure, certain decisions need to be made quickly and for that we need special groups to make those decisions. Those groups will be all the people who have decided to take that path in life and get an education specifically for that one thing. I'm referring to national decisions like war, treaties, etc. and within these groups, the vote is democratic. Whoever wants involvement in that situation needs to be present at any voting booth in relation to that decision and show a valid card of proof that they are a professional in that field. That way you narrow down the people who are voting. For all other decisions, the country will be broken up into syndicates and decisions will be made on a local level fully democratically.
