 the chips will be in use in the future thats a fact the chips are now in the new ID cards my country is part of the European Union but we need time to change our constitution to make it like theirs so now we dont have these new ID cards but west europe and i think the US haves them the centralization of world power is here these conspiracy theories just overrates them but centralized world power is here no doubt u can call it the new world order or whatever its here but it needs more time to be in full effect for what u think Globalization and the groups like the International Monetary Fund acts on and what wants?? they want centralized world power history shows us how we will be transformed cause if u know history u understand the future and a news flash for america the NORTH AMERICAN UNION WILL EXIST maybe not now but in the near future just look at the world map and see how world unions push their constitutions on other union memeber countries

 I heard about something similar to this along time ago.. It was about new type dog collars though, then they said that they might make new ID's for people.
