They are all exhaust gases and emissions , contrails etc. Plus much of these events occur in areas which are in close proximity to military air fields so no wonder LOL.

These are just crazy people trying to pin shit on everything . If the US government wanted martial law , oh lord you had it already . I don't think martial law is at any interest of the US government. I mean maintain the status quo is more important then anything . Declaring martial law will be the biggest mistake in US history leading to an eventual civil war and leading to a global disaster in fact . The US government and the ruling class cannot permit that because they might loose their control . So its at the interest of the US government to to such a thing .

But seriously, I have heard in many many many different vids and stories that these "emmisions" would usually disapate within seconds of being relesed.
Also, yeah martial law isn't coming. I know that lol it was a joke because where I live i'm surrounded by hardcore NRA members who are all about building underground compounds in caves and shit, and also all on this "Prayer always heals" tip...
