What do you guys think about caffiene? You may think this is a stupid question, but I know for sure that Erik and Iguy will jump on this one.
I quit caffiene about 2 months ago completley, besides the small amounts of caffiene you may get from certain foods. I have found that I fall asleep around 7 PM until around 10, then fall back asleep around 12 AM. I have replaced my morning routine of 2 glasses of Coke/Dr.pepper with water or a juice of some sort. I don't know what else to say.
Do you guys think caffiene can actually become addicting? Do you think it is bad for people? Does it really act upon the body like a drug?

woah, morning routine of 2 glasses of that stuff. water, juice or straight tea with no milk is the way to roll for sure. i hit up the green tea most mornings and during the course of the day. love that stuff. yeah i think it can if your consuming too much, i use to be a coffee fiend.

That is terrible man. Even "authentic" soda (real sugar, natural flavorings) at that amount is terrible. But yeah, water, juice, tea, and some rice or soy milk is the way to go.

Yeah, I went through crazy crazy withdraw. I would just feel like shit non-stop, for no reason. Luckily nicotine stepped in to help me... Which is probably as bad, or worse than caffiene is for you.

shit seems like a real drug. i feel addicted to the shit. one time my boy fixed some ice coffee drink with like 3 espressos and some cappacunno powder and my heart rate sky rocketed, my hands didnt stop shaking and couldnt sleep til 8am the next day.
