pretty much the same sort of concept, its basically the reason she has even made this song. she saw a milli was a huge hit and thought "i know, i'll make a song that's basically the same, it'll have a really similar beat and everything". bitten concept.

"I'm A Diva" had Jay Z written ALL OVVER IT. no way in hell, beyonce would have produced that if she wasn't getting tips from Jay, at least in my opinion. But how is she trying to steal his swagger? The beat was his, yea, but the style that she's putting out in the song doesn't seem like Lil Wayne's.
