apparently on a song he said "i'm not trying to get fucked like 2pac in jail" but meant 2pac got fucked over by the courts etc, but 2pac heard it and dissed him on hit em up so it resulted in chino putting out diss tracks, some say they sorted it out before 2pac died but idk how true it is

i've changed my mind, 2pac fuckin owns, yeah his all eyez on me album was a sell out album and yes 2pac doens't rap about how lyrical he is on the mic or rap about rapping, but imo he's a far deeper artist than a guy like chino and most rappers for that matter
