The problem is that the producers I'm talking about are doing big things and don't have time to get on. Like this one guy who I work with produces for Percee P, Planet Asia, knowns the guys behind Clutchy Hopkins/Misled Children very well, etc., but he's not going to waste his time beat battling here, esp. knowing that his beats can get stolen here. I'm still trying to convince others to get at it though. Aah ok... Thanks for the explination... Well if some beatmaker wanna battle me... Hey guys, i got a problem... I hope some people here got an answer. I just built an own home studio: EMU Xboard 61
Alesis iMultimix 8 USB
Alesis Passive One Monitors
Behringer MON800 amplifier
Lenco L-3866 Vinyl player Ok everything works.... But the sound quality is extremely bad...
I use FL and i can choose between some drivers: C-Media (my own soundcard)
Asio 4ALL v2 (FL)
USB Codec (for the vinyl - audacity)
and Alesis iO|2 USB Asio (came with the mixer) Now the sound works with the USB codec thing... BUT EXTREME bad quality: high notes are too sharp... and my FL CPU is going crazy I think i need to use the Alesis iO|2 USB asio driver in FL to get the best quality going trough the mixer... but when i select it it says: Asio needs 2 channels or more open (something like that)... Question: How/where can i set those channels open!??!? is it on the mixer? somewhere in FL? where!!? I really hope someone knows the answer to this .. or got a link to an explanation vid or something like that.... Please reply! Thx

are you running 2 programs like FL and audacity at the same time? cuz usually thats how you get that error message.

Nah man... i run them seperatly... but this weekend im gonna do some experiments in a music store WITH the stuff with me... so they can also check some stuff out... but i think i got a wrong amplifier thingy... how much are you going to charge? if it's real cheap i'm down, but i'm already getting beats from one of the dopest producers in the underground for free. check this dude out: ^^^ if you can give me better beats than that i'll pay you but seriously, these are some of the dopest. it would be injustice to pay for any less when i'm getting these free of charge.
