U can add basically a whole orchestral in it

sometimes i use the Korg collection... usually go for the customized synths on Reason...

For me all its doing is playing the first instrument on the list and I want it to play them all....

idk, it does the same thing for me. my bro and i were trying to figure out the same thing, but we had no luck. i just make seperate channels for each. and if i want them to all play at once then i put them in a layer.

seems like wat I might have to do, Im not trippin tho I find it funny how Im just now finding out a melody and chord progression r 2 different things LMAO!!!

is FL really that bad for strings? because i use Logic and it SUCKS for horns! unfortunately it isn't on my PC so i can't DL anything. i have to just stick with what they give me.

FL does suck for strings...horns is pretty limited as well, the only good horn is the trumpet

horns can be tricky with vst... i haven't had too much trouble tho' finding what i want.... Sometimes, i even take loud, obnoxious trumpet or sax and run it through enough effects to make it sound creepy as fuck...lol or gritty as shizzle... lol In Reason, you wouldn't believe some of my final products came from the original sound when i cut off all the effects boxes... lol I think i had one i used for Reason or Cubase i can't remember right now... called HORNY CLUBSOUNDS... LOL i kid you not... i have a saxophone loop i'm using right now with soo much filters and compression is sounds quite different... Acid Hip Hop... that's what i'm all about... fusion, avante garde, and then real electro hip hop... throw some turtablism in with that and you got certified heaven on the audio.... no radio shit please.... maybe once in a blue moon.... hooowl...!! lol

just a little tip: dont ever never ever use FL sounds. they are AWFUL!!!! i only use vst's for my beats and downloaded drumkits.

The default Fl sounds r just good for basics, but after a while u just get tired of them and need some new ones...thats when u need VST

i just started getting into VSTs....ive been downloading alot of nintendo sounds....
but ive been searching for awhile now...for rich smooth basslines...
i want some dooky bass like DILLA or some style like that....
i kno he probably sampled his shizz but do u guys kno of any good VSTs for basslines??????
and strings as welll.... LINK LINKS LINKS....(if possible)
