Hurry up and record something and stop crying about having problems with flow, you had enough time to practice! just gotta sound out the flow like drums before you write it, just make sounds and get it going to a pattern over the beat. you should record something and send it to one of us and maybe we can help with the flow coz its not a hard problem to solve, sometimes all it can take is editing one word or adding one little word in a bar to make it flow. and most hip hop songs use the same drum patterns, boom bap drums or whatever, so if you've written a verse without a beat you've just got to identify what type of drum pattern it goes with
