My town (Norman Oklahoma) is hosting a music festival in April. It is a 2 day, 12 stage festival, which will be on April 24th and 25. This event was very large last year, and I got the chance to see my friend Jabee perform on one of the main stages. Norman, being a college town, has a taste for underground music, and there is most definitley a crowd which prefers underground hiphop to the mainstream music of today.
Now, if you want, you can send me copies of your CD/Mixtape/Demo/Whatever to hand out OR sell at the festival. Either/or is fine with me. This could be a good opportunity for artists.

The same thing will be going down in June in my town, except this festival is called "Jazz in June". This festival is not limited to jazz fans however. Last year, I saw some bboys dancing near the crowds of people, I saw many circles of people playing acoustic guitars and singing what many people would consider modern rock gone acoustic, and I couldn't count how many Punk Rocking 20-somethings I saw, dressed up in their leather jackets, combat boots, the works. So, this could also be a good chance for you to expand your fan base. Again, I can sell here, or just hand out.

I am serious about this though. I really feel like many of the artists here deserve more recognition. This could even be for producers: make an insturmental CD! Whatever you can think of, I can distribute it for you at the many arts festivals my town holds just about every 3 months.
LET ME KNOW!

Life's a bitch and I'm just along for the ride.

Most of what I've done recently has been mash ups, extended remixes, and mixtapes for friends. I'm not sure if it's legal for you to charge for mash ups. That's up to you. But you're welcome to pass these on.
