I used to be the biggest beat head for anything downtempo a few years ago.
Seems like none here listens to the Downtempo genre or Trip Hop tho... Here are some great chill albums

The Cinematic Orchestra - Motion
The Cinematic Orchestra - Every Day
Stan Getz - Gitanes Jazz
Glen Porter - Blessed By A Young Death
DJ Krush - Code 4109
DJ Krush - Jaku
DJ Krush & Toshinori Kondo - Ki-Oku
Peace Orchestra - Peace Orchestra
Forces of Nature - Force of Nature
Twit One & Hulk Hodn - Hi Hat Club Vol.01
Massive Attack - Mezzanine
Kruder & Dorfmeister - G-Stoned
Kruder & Dorfmeister - The K&D Sessions
Fat Jon - Humanoid Erotica
Wax Tailor - Tales of the Forgotten Melodies
St. Germain - Tourist
Fat Jon - Wave Motion
Coffee And Cigarettes Band - Love Thing
DJ Cam - DJ Kicks
Tosca - Suzuki
DJ Shadow - Endtroducing
Boards Of Canada - Music Has the Right to Children
The Last Electro-Acoustic Space Jazz & Percussion Ensemble (Madlib) - Summer Suite
Nujabes - Modal Soul Classics
Dimitri from Paris - Sacrebleu
Aim - Cool Water Music
Air - Moon Safari
Arts The Beatdoctor - Progressions EP
Tycho - Past is Prologue
Woodblue - North Source
Tommy Guerrero & Gadget - Hoy Yen Ass'n
Nylon Rhythm Machine - Fanta Vista

Thats all i can think of off the top of my head right now...too drunk

I looked at the moon so full and so bright
And then at the fireplace with its flickering light
And realised why this world will never be right

Kiba, I'm into trip hop. I see you posted some Boards of Canada. I'm into them, Massive Attack, Portishead, etc. I'd probably add some other experimental hip hop artists, especially within the instrumental category, including Metaform, RJD2, DJ Shadow, Prefuse 73, etc. Also, I love industrial hip hop. Idk what your opinion of that subgenre is. What do you think of Dalek or maybe some of the side projects of these metal artists like Bill Laswell (Scorn) that delve into the realm of hip hop?

my new theme song

Rappin - cool!

NOBODY can ever accuse drake of being original. unfortunately, biting is the order of the day. sadly, he's from my city.
