CIS: Do you usually work solo or as part of a group? H: I'm a part of the group the iintercepterz. Me and Acee-ville started the iintercepterz. We're about to release our first record which features Myka 9 of Freestyle Fellowship, Mic Bles of Just Da Ill Music, 2Mex of Grimm Image Records & some production by Factor of Fake Four, DJ Press of Key Hub Music, and Noncents of worldwithoutcolor. CIS: Who do you think of as influences on your style? H: Guru, Bob Dylan, Ceschi Ramos, Circus, The Beatles, and A Tribe Called Quest's 'Midnight Marauders' album. I grew up listening to Gang Starr. Guru & DJ Premier made me wanna rap when I was a kid. Phife Dawg's flow is crazy. Also people like Ceschi, 2Mex, Myka 9, Freestyle Fellowship, The Shape Shifters, Circus, and Awol One, they started it for me. It's crazy to think I'm friends with most of them today. I got mad respect for all of them. They make hip hop for me. I said the Beatles because their sound is just right and Bob Dylan cause every word is just right. He takes pride in writing his verses. CIS: What do you think are the overarching themes of your songs? Do they have any or is it a combination of ideas and situations? H: My album is called 'In Color' because it's a worldwthoutcolor & everybody on my record brings color back into the world of hip hop! CIS: How did you get involved with Grimm Image? H: We all met through the label and playin' shows together. CIS: Who would you like to work with in the future? H: Dark Time Sunshine. Myka 9. CIS: Do you have a favorite producer right now? H: Factor of Fake Four, Inc and DJ Press of Key Hub Music. H: Every sold out show or packed house is my favorite. CIS: Any big plans for the future? Sullee J Sullee J on Fox News 25 year old, Sullee J grew up in a Pakistani/American Culture. He struggled with neglect, racism, multiplied mistakes, and heartaches.
