Moment of Truth. Madvilliany never really impressed me much tbh.
EDIT: never mind, accordion makes madvilliany the best alone. So Madvillian.

I was gonna say man WTFFFFFFFF lol I thought for sure you'd vote for madvillainy. Right now 3-1 for Madvillainy, I'll vote after listening to both albums in full. A lot of the videos from these playlists were removed for copyright so I have to look them up again

I remember he used to love that song, he said he played it for his mom and she said it was repetitive lol, I said it was repetitive as well, not sure if he wrote that after I did or before. Thing is the beat is dope its just too repetitive
Man I still haven't gotten to listen to Moment of Truth fully, I know it has some classic songs like Above the Clouds, Betrayl, Moment of Truth, Work, In Memory Of, You Know My Steez, these are some of Gang Starrs best songs. But Guru's rhymes haven't aged well, now his rhymes seem so simple and boring, esp in comparrison to DOOM's. Its funny coz both of them are kinda monotone too. I've listened to Madvillainy quite a few times now, but I want to give Moment of Truth a chance before I vote. I think I'm gonna end up voting Madvillainy though

The beats on Madvillainy.
The reason why, is because madlib is obviously not the only contribution to madvillainy's beats. MF DOOM can clearly be heard in the production as well. There is a distinction that can be heard in the beats that makes the combination all the more sweeter. With premier though, all of his beats are interchangeable for me. They are still classic tracks, but with madvillainy, you get a real sense that this is madvillainy, and not another premier album.

Yeah man! It has become one of my favourite albums. It's their best work IMO. Didn't know it before this. But well, not gonna promote it to win before we're even voting on it.
Actually haven't heard their dream album yet. That new one.. Oneirology or something.
I'm into Panacea too though.
