PLEASE TAKE TIME 2 READ THIS,HELP OR PASS IT ON/A sister of ours was arrested on charges that were dismissed due to the arrest being illegal. However, she is not a citizen, she will have to go to court to determine whether she will be deported, The good news is that when bond is set we will have an opportunity to bond her out so that she and her husband can complete the paperwork necessary to make sure she is not deported. This is where we need your help!
We do not currently know how much the bond will be, but we have been informed by an immigration officer that bonds typically range between $5,000 and $10,000. The additional fees necessary for processing can come to hundreds more. Having an attorney could be able to consolidate the costs involved.
People can help by spreading the word to all of the people closest to Yetunde and her family for support, attending Yetunde's fundraiser event on Wednesday, August 3rd at The Cupcake Lounge, downloading music from her bandcamp site, and connect with her husband, Nelson Barnes on a campaign and protest of the prison-industrial complex & immigration laws.

In Episode 1 of Bars For Change Jody McIntyre is asking 'Who Polices the Police?'
With new allegations about fraud, corruption and police brutality hitting the headlines every day, Jody asked you to tell us about your dealings with the Police.
Drawing on these contributions, and their own experiences, Mic Righteous, Ghetts, DVS and Logic have teamed up with producer Naughty Boy to write an exclusive new track which forms the soundtrack to the film.
As well as their bars you'll hear the story of Awate, who was punched in the face on a student protest, Rosie, who was kettled for 9 hours in central London whilst Jody asks poet Benjamin Zephaniah, former top cop Brian Paddick and nephew of Smiley Culture, Merlin Emmanuel, who does police the police?
Jody's search for an answer inspires him to make a mass complaint at Brixton Police station and he explains how YOU have the power to challenge authority if you have been unfairly treated by the police.
