Fearce & Bean - I Want it All (Official Video)

After dropping their free release There Goes The Neighborhood a couple weeks back, Seattle's Fearce & BeanOne (of Dyme Def) waste no time in getting new material to the masses, as the duo drops the visuals for their new song "I Want It All." Shot and edited by BeanOne, the video depicts Fearce on his BMX, cruising around various Seattle neighborhood's as he divulges his version of the American dream. "I'm not asking for much, just a little fame/ what's wrong with wanting the crowd to scream your name/ what's wrong with wanting a big house, a swimming pool full of money for whenever there's a big drought"...absolutely nothing. Although this song was not previously featured on There Goes The Neighborhood, the MP3 has been bundled back into the link, so be sure to download. #YukThe World

Defakto: Never Over You (Short Film)

"Never Over You" is a short film directed by Robert Roby and Ronnie Morris. Inspired by recording artist DeFakto, it's atypical from the current hiphop norm. There are no appearances and performance scenes by the song artist. Instead, it is a short film built around DeFakto's song entitled "Never Over You" that tells a story about the fusion of women, death and hiphop; 3 things that are seemingly diffcult to get over for such a personality type.

IAME - "Carlin List" (feat. Solillaquists of Sound) Download

DOWNLOAD

One year ago today, IAME (Sandpeople/Oldominion) released his 4th solo album, Lame - a title inspired by a common misprint of his name and his general sentiment towards popular culture. Although the Portland emcee has been busy this year releasing 2 new albums (The Deaf Kid Mixtape, Lame$tream), touring, and running his own Heaven Noise Recordings label, he wanted to celebrate Lame today by giving away one last song from the album. "Carlin List" features Solillaquists of Sound and was produced by Smoke M2D6 (Oldominion). For those of you unfamiliar with Solillaquists of Sound, they are an Orlando based hip hop group who make incredible music and have recently released a brand new album titled The 4th Wall (Part 1). Check them out at http://www.solilla.com.

Oh No ft. MF Doom "3 Dollars"‏ (Video)

DOWNLOAD

Following two successful collaborative efforts alongside fellow producer/rapper The Alchemist as the power duo Gangrene -2010’s Gutter Water and 2012’s Vodka & Ayahuasca- and the 2011 gem with The Alchemist as Gangrene & Roc Marciano, the Greneberg EP; The Oxnard, California based beat-smith and emcee Oh No returns for a solo mission.

Oh No (born Michael Jackson; younger brother of Madlib and son of singer Otis Jackson) was granted unprecedented access to the Rudy Ray Moore / Dolemite audio archives and given free rein to slice, dice, chop and sample his way through the classic-yet-absolutely-filthy catalog. He was able to use legendary material from The Human Tornado, Petey Wheatstraw, the Dolemite Soundtrack and more, plus a multitude of previously unreleased and alternate acapellas and instrumentals. The end result is Ohnomite (available on 6-5-2012), a 19 track head-banging extravaganza of sloppy funk, dirty soul, and brainy lyricism, all aimed at one thing- making your head nod and your ass shake. And when you add to that guests spots from the likes of Evidence, Phife Dawg, The Alchemist, Erick Sermon, Rapper Pooh, MED, Guilty Simpson, Roc Marciano, Sticky Fingaz, Chino XL, Roc C, Prozack Turner, Termanology, Frank Nitt and this cut with MF Doom “3 Dollars.”
