‘Letter to the President’ Calls Out Obama’s Failure to Address Pertinent Issues in the US and Abroad

San Francisco --- Although the President is gearing up to pull the troops out of Iraq, there are still a number of concerns that the young generation have about the success of the first black president.

In “Letter to the President” Dregs One speaks on those concerns uncandidly - asking the questions that many Americans have but are too afraid to ask.

“In my experience politicians have never reflected the true interests of the people that they are supposed to be serving,” he says. “There was a lot of hype around the first black president and I feel that overshadowed his politics.”

Dregs One debuted his freshman album on November 29 and it is packed with well informed critiques addressing the state of current affairs, such as health care, war and immigration and how we can make society a better place to live for all people.
