nowhere near as big a u.s but yeah there is a lot esp in Auckland, mostly west and south auckland, they're mostly all youth gangs, but when some of them get older they try to form they're own gangs. there's even Killa Bees as well. But the bloods are Samoan and Crips Tongan. There are also Samoan Bloods in L.A too, i assume they came here from L.a and brought the bloods thing with them, since samoans and tongans have always been enemies i guess they became crips.
