I never really "purchased" an album, i usually download something from the internet or listen to my dad's collection of hip hop/house albums.Today i actually bought 2 cd's from best buy and im buying 2 more next. I had about 7 to choose from, I cant remember all of them but their were, LWFC, The minstrel Show, Blackout 2,Be,Eardrum,Quality,and there was another one i cant remember but it was a hard ass decision.But ones i bought were Blackout 2 and Quality.Surprisingly, i didnt buy any of the Common cds LOL.What did you think of the choices...

my bad lol LWFC is hott and resurrection is dope too... gheto heaven has the dopest beat on LWFC...
think its dilla..sound like him.. but ya.... Universal Mind Control is some whack shizz..!! i dont kno what happend... i think i used to love her is on the universal mind controll tho...which is kinda weird... considering it doesnt flow at ALL with the whack azz beats n stuff.. everything on that album just sound so "cheap" per say... then u here H.E.R and its just totttally off....but of course i kno there two different eras in music... but just doesnt work... ehhhhh enough on common... how bout them lakers..? LOL

no all mainstream artist start to call him tight when he did that song with lilly allen.the song was good but most money from musical terms was from "one day till it all makes sense", 'LWFC", BE,FF.LWFC,BE,FF either went gold or platinum.UMC didnt go a fraction of that.idk why he did it, he done alot of ads and movies lately.UMC probably was experimental and wanted to do something different.

I listened to UMC and it wasnt all that bad
Common has always been the one to rap about women and sex but in a positive light
And he continues in UMC but with N.E.R.D. handling the production it was destined for a poppy sound
Gladiator, Announcement, Inhale were the best songs on the album
