I just lost my grandfather..... I'm so fucking depressed, I stole valium from the hospital and I'm about to take it....  He was propably my best friend, he was able to understand me without the words.....
Have you ever wanted to end up your life when you lost somebody?

I dont want to tell you to just not think about it, because I know life doesent work that way.
you are going to greive for a while, but you will learn to cope. It will get better. I understand what you are going through.
I am not sure what valium does, but just dont overdose.
my overrall suggestion would be to try to stay busy, (Work, hobbies, etc.)
Maybe write about it. Also, this song ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS makes me feel better when I feel like ending it. (I thought about od'ing in december, almost did it too.)

sorry for ur loss miguel and wish i could take ur pain away, cry, let it out..yell if u have to.. dont do anything stupid because ur grandpa wouldnt want that.. he lived his life and is resting now, he would want u to live urs now. ilikebacon said it well, although hard to belive and accept, the pain does get easier but only with time u cope when u loose someone u love, alot of time. may he rip. Damn im sorry to hear about that man keep away from the valium man
your grandfather wouldn't wont you to end up a brain dead nobody
man, i understand how you feel alot of people close to me have died
but a way to ease pain for me was to just draw or paint it helps you relax
and it can even help you regain your strength when you are depressed,
Iv tryed taken my life before 2 months before the birth of my son
i was going to kill myself after i found out my cousin was stabbed with an empty needle
so just air went in witch is a very painful way to die i felt depressed and
couldn't really understand why someone would do that to a 15 year old
it changed alot of things in my life when it happen, anyways the reason
i didn't go thru with it is cause i knew that i was going to be a father soon
and the fact that even tho im probably the last guy to become something big
il always have support people. my point is man you gotta look for the good things
like look at things that are comming up in your life that are good and try and just
focus on that and more and less of your grandfathers death. it'll be hard
but think strong..member "The human emotion is a trick of the mind - dont let it turn you blind"
but yeah drawing and painting helps alot..i didn't realize that untill a year ago. Im sorry if this wasn't any help
