upload recordings from phone to computer

Is there any way that i can upload recordings from phone to computer without having to send to your email, b/c i just got this cell phone and my dad needs to put service on it, so is there anyway this

thats probably the only way
Unless u have an adapter for your music or watever and you can put that into the computer and extract it I think
