HOW THE FUCK DO YOU GET ARRESTED FOR POSOSSEION OF CIGARETTES?
a cop saw my freind handing me one and I put it in my pocket. Then BAM Im in the sqaud car and she takes me to JIC (Juvenielle Intervention Center) and they book me and shit for a fucking CIGARETTE.
Anyways, my mom WAS going to ground me, but then thought about how dumb it all was, and now shes like "Nah".
I have court July 16th.
I will most likely get community service, probation, or maybe a fine.
bullshit bullshit bullshit.
A fucking cigarete.
Wow.
BULLSHIT.

most Schedule 1 illicit narcotics have a large range of medicinal uses as well. cigs don't have any, they are more lethal than a decent amount of illicit drugs, and yet they are legal and these other drugs aren't. make sense much? i guess they'll legalize them when they find a way to tax them and make them more deadly.

I know they are really lethal. I know the shit that is in them. I know they cause cancer. I know people get hooked.
The fact is, is that the police overreacted. They could have just had me snap it and give it to them rather then put me in their system till Im 18 and fuck up my record.
