 its actually a very open minded program, its not a religion bashing program, he explores all these weird religions all over the world, the last one he gets possesed by demons lol. He's not even really an atheist he's an agnostic

 I read that he's actually Jewish. Maybe he was raised Jewish and doesn't claim to be anything else, but the available information says he's Jewish. I was only able to find a limited amount of videos unfortunately :( but I saw that there were a few episodes of that show that sounded like they were worth watching by their description.
