there are different philosophies on it. most of the dieticians i know agree that milk is bad for various reasons though, the main being your body doesn't process it right, not allowing the calcium in it to properly get digested. meanwhile it curdles in your stomach, remaining caked to the lining for upwards of 2 months before being completely expelled. this makes it hard for your body to digest, creates heartburn, and also leads to an abundance of mucus in your body. but some people do disagree with this. it is becoming more and more commonly accepted though.

Ooohhh, doesn't that have something to do with the lactose in milk? It's very difficult for the body to digest it or something.

yes i believe so. but hey, like i said, there are still a lot of people that dissent to this opinion. unfortunately i've been doing dairy products such as cheese lately because cheese is cheap and i've also been undisciplined :(

milk is for winners. those who drink silk (also known as dick milk) are losers.

im bout to get me some milk (that real shit) and some graham crackers. also while on the subject who the fuck spelled graham like this? should be grahm dammit.

Also jokin above, occasionally i do find myself repulsed at drinking, eating or consuming animal secretion. fuckin seems so damn barbaric. milk was intended for the young not the old from what ive been told and we as humans should be able to function without it

yeah im actually studying into and planning on switching over to an organic vegetarian diet with hemp in it, hemp is a miracle food, according to certain sources one tablespoon or hempseed oil a day has all your requirements for E.F.As (essential fatty acids), which alot of people lack these days. not only that it has high amounts of protein.
