If you are ever in a position where you feel obligated to put an elder member of your family in a convalescent home, don't. He ended up with a staff infection, then pneumonia and a whole plethora of different diseases from that piece of shit. And that was the second convalescent home. The first was way worse. I'm just glad he doesn't have to suffer anymore. I will miss him quite a bit though. We had good times together. He was one of the students in the 1956 Hungarian Revolution. He was strong yet kind. He even escaped a few POW camps and all that. He was a truly strong person.

RIP Laszlo Dorosy

1921 - 2008

No disrespect to erik and his loss but this question is for Menae and its EXTREMELY off-topic, but why does Transilvania have a rep for having vampires...?

Yeah, he's Hungarian. Like I said, he was one of the students who fought against communism during the Hungarian Revolution of 56. Apparently he, with other students, put bread in the hand of the big Stalin statue they put in Hungary. I don't know exactly what that symbolized but maybe you do. He escaped prison camps, was shot, etc. The whole nine yards. Btw, your friend still hasn't emailed me. Can you send me his contact info?

cause a idiot named Bram Stoker got his facts messed up the name Dracula comes from the romanian word Dracul meaning the Devil so in the middle ages Translivania was ruled by this king named Vlad Tepes that had a rep for being a blood thirsty warrior he was cruel as a motherfucker his fathers nickname was Dracul ( The Devil) so in the mind of Bram Stoker this blood thirsty king whit a father nicknamed the Devil equals a dude who haves connections whit vampires and sucks blood and speaks in a funny english accent

It didn't get off-topic. We were talking about my grandpa and what he did. Menace, thanks for the explanation. Blaze, thank you, and I had a grandma I never met, my other grandpa died when I was 3 so I barely knew him, my other grandma died when I was 11 and a few years my grandpa ended up with Alzheimer's. He was my only remaining grand parent.
