haha yeah, right now i'm probably below you because i've been working out inconsistently, but when i was in Mississippi i hit 315 3 times and they are strict as fuck about supplements and do random drug checks so no creatine for me. you doing the NO Xplode shit?

oh ok. yeah, that NO Xplode shit has been the big thing in creatine for a minute now. unfortunately the US government took the regulations off of those products so shit like that has extra stuff in it not mentioned on the label and they show up on sports drug tests.

depends on the coach. if they like you and feel like they need you or like you are worth keeping, they have you sit out until you are clear. of course sitting out consists of "voluntary" hardcore workouts. if they aren't tripping on you, you're gone.

nah, i was in Mississippi on a football scholarship for Delta State University. we were the preseason #3 in the nation in division 2 but we lost a whole bunch of times and got knocked off our pedestal. we ended the season 5-5 oh well. i had financial issues (they didn't cover my out-of-state fee) and there's a bunch of controversy surrounding the head coach right now so i'm back here in Cali. what sucks is would i have stayed i would have been starting. they only recruited one dude for my position and he didn't even look all that great from what i heard. i'm now trying to transfer to University of San Diego, Azusa Pacific or something else somewhat nearby.
