for those of you that know what these are, you may or may not know the most weight you can put on for your own personal 1 RM (single rep maximum). for those of you that do know your maxes, post them here. for those of you that don't, watch the following videos so that you know what each of these are:

Man, you guys just need to stop being pussies and post

I'm a football player, so of course my stats are high, but I'm not going to make fun of people who aren't even close to me. Here are my stats:

Bench: I've gotten a set of 3 repetitions at 315 pounds. I estimate that I can probably get about 325.

Squat: 550 lbs.

Clean: 275 lbs.

Deadlift: 505 lbs. (So a little less than half of what the guy in the video did )

Btw, the dude in the bench press video I posted is wearing a special vest that makes you bench more so it's a little unfair. It isn't a raw bench. However, it's still pretty inhuman to bench over 1000 lbs. even with a vest.

When they put it above their heads that's called clean and jerk. That's two movements though. The one straight from the floor over their heads is called snatch (yes, have a laugh at this one
