Man, you guys just need to stop being pussies and post I'm a football player, so of course my stats are high, but I'm not going to make fun of people who aren't even close to me. Here are my stats: Bench: I've gotten a set of 3 repetitions at 315 pounds. I estimate that I can probably get about 325. Squat: 550 lbs. Clean: 275 lbs. Deadlift: 505 lbs. (So a little less than half of what the guy in the video did ) Btw, the dude in the bench press video I posted is wearing a special vest that makes you bench more so it's a little unfair. It isn't a raw bench. However, it's still pretty inhuman to bench over 1000 lbs. even with a vest.

When they put it above their heads that's called clean and jerk. That's two movements though. The one straight from the floor over their heads is called snatch (yes, have a laugh at this one )
