tiny toon adventures, animaniacs and samurai jack are probably the best if you really look into the first two showsi mentioned alot of them have jokes that kids don't even understand it was written so brilliantly ....

True, but this is a television show aimed at children. That is the target demographic, so in effect it should influence them and it should guide them towards certain ideals and principles..
