Alright, the plan is that we will have a tie breaker for preliminary (as in all but the finals and exhibition matches) rounds of our tournaments when they are tied and don't seem to be changing anytime soon. The question is, what will this tie breaker be? Bring your thoughts, arguments, etc, here.

What about from now on we set three judges who can't vote in any tourney battles unless the case of a tie occurs and their decisions will be the deciding factor. Sound cool? I mean obviously it won't work now, but next round or next tourney. Just another suggestion, that's all. I think either will work. To avoid confusion though let's just make it the same order.

i think it should be that we have 3 judges who get to choose who wins the tie breaker. that way there is no chance of a tie.
