I've been seeing allot of off-topic everywhere and i'm really pissed off by it ,i would like to ask everyone if they can lower the off-topic posts ,and i'm really pissed off ,and i would like to ask everyone if they agree that every off topic message posted from now on will be deleted

We can't really restrict what people talk about. They just need to think before the type and purposely go off topic.

Every forum has off topic posts and threads. We should, however, be aware that there is a thread called the "Post Anything (Within Rules)" thread and you should go there if you want to make a completely non-sequitorial post.
