ok so we will need everyones help in moving threads over to the right sections when we do it and members can bump any threads that need moving, that would help alot

we also need a description for that forum so if watcher can write those rules so we all understand, we'll post it as sticky..

how does that sound? dont know if thats about right with what watcher wanted.. if anyone can put that in words that others can understand, please do
