Well such problems will disappear when we become a legitimate business . Of course the collective will still decide but hiring will involve signing at least a virtual contract if not a real one .
Contracts can be done thru email, just say something like by responding to this email you agree to such and such. If any legal issues come up there are time stamps in the email servers that can be used in court. This can be falsified of course, but really any thing can be falsified so it's pretty legit. livin life like some cheesy movie
