Quote (eboyd) we haven't decided yet. that's a point of contention that depends on many factors. we need to discuss the release date a bit further, especially with people who plan on contributing. but the tracklisting is one of the things that delayed the relase, i thought thats what this thread was about, to decide what songs should be kept and what should go

Quote (EmSeeD) its up to you, but we have to hurry and decide which tracks we can do without and which ones we thought were best and should be kept ok, for sure. well, i'll let you know which ones should be dropped. i also think a criteria should be, for example, if one artist seems to have a lot of tracks (*cough* Trigger lol), even if those tracks are dope, we should cut a few of them and just save them for our next project. those are the only tracks that we will cut that i think should be saved for our next project actually.

Quote (EmSeeD) but the tracklisting is one of the things that delayed the relase, i thought thats what this thread was about, to decide what songs should be kept and what should go it's to discuss anything about the mixtape. that is just one thing that we can discuss here. i wouldn't say the track listing delayed it. there were a lot of factors that delayed it and the track listing was just another (rather insignificant) one of those factors.

ok, well i'm cool with pretty much the whole original 24 tracklisting Trigger named now, only thing is i think Cycle of Life should be on and take one of the other songs off, i also don't mind if the RHHF Anthem track isn't on it coz to be honest i wasn't really feeling it, its hard for me to give an unbias opinion on my own songs though so its up to you guys, but if you don't want Robots on it thats ok with me, i can understand because the recording quality isn't as good as the others, i would like have at least one song on there though

Illmatic was released in '94. Nowadays, if you want people to listen to you, you got to have a decoy (famous guests).

Robots is sick we need that on there, basically i listened to the mixtape twice now and the only tracks i wasnt feeling was the Prosthetik Intelligentz one and Razor Sharp, they're not wack, just not my taste. the rest were at least 'good'

im just saying albums/mixtapes with fewer tracks are more to the point, but i guess yall are right about having guests n shish Quote (El_Matador) Nowadays, if you want people to listen to you, you got to have a decoy (famous guests). ok...but they'll only listen to it once if its not good...the important thing is the beats themselves

For the next mixtape we should do like a parody song. You know, like"The Bullshit" on Jeru The Damaja's second album. It would be GENIUS!

Beat is important but if you want to promote yourself you need to have a well known guest. That's my opinion. btw how did you like the song with Large Pro and Sadat?

i listened to it a few times.....and its hard to put together a cd with more songs then space. taken songs off is hard to do but they could be used for another project. its true trigger has a lot of songs on there but hes got people with him on a lot of his tracks. no offense to anyone. you guys can choose to take twisted reality out and ill understand. but first off i think we might need to take out 1 of the interludes. and possibly add an intro? and take out Lost In Transmission - Brent Lee Regan Sell Out - Llyric When You're Somebody's Bitch - Trigger The Soldier (Produced By NtG Beats) (if this is ntgs only song on here leave it) Power On Earth - Trigger The Soldier (Produced By Mantis) You Are - AruNavi Added (16/Dec/10, 6:03 PM) --------------------------------------------- if you guys want you can pick a song from k rinos new cd to put on it. and maybe robots should be a hidden track? ok i threw my 2 cents in.

ok, well the tracks i liked the most were Trigger the Soldier, Vigilantee & Brad - That Real Hip Hop theWildcore - Ill In The Field Trigger the Soldier & NtG - when you're somebody's bitch RHHF Crew ft. Pensmoke, Satchel Page & Father D - International Champions League songs i could do without: Mnemonic - Notice Me. (i liked the beat but not really the lyrics) RHHF Crew - RHHF Anthem Trigger the Soldier - Power on Earth (lyrically his best imo but its really short and as he said unfinished) Its hard for me to give an unbias opinion on my own songs, but if you want Robots to be off then i understand and won't mind since the recording quality isn't good compared to the others. if its possible to make robots a hidden track thats ok with me
