i just gotta say two things we really need on this site are people that can write good album reviews and blogs, coz what can make this site credible is original content, atm all we do is copy content from elsewhere and post it on the main page, or post up submissions. but we really need blog writers and review writers
i will say one thing that does make us different though, is most of our main page posts are different from 90% of other blogs, we put up a lot of independant artists and unknown artists

looks like this forum is pretty much dead
i was thinking maybe we could use it in the future for collaborations and things like that, even if the forum has to be on private, what do you think?
put the forum on private and just use it for collaborations or another mixtape? or keep going with the forum?

i dont think we are doing that bad for an underground hiphop forum lol.
the movement is growing regardless of the forum so it's not that important but the small community we have here is awesome, regardless of some dumb shit, so my vote is to keep it and keep it public cus new members are still great to have. and lets stop bitching about it being dead.
if we do really want to pick the site and forum up then i agree with you that we need good writers to do reviews and shit..

I don't understand the arguments for why this forum is a bad thing. We definitely should be more active on the front page, as in commenting on what's posted there and such.

but they get comments and lots of likes etc when they go on the facebook page
idk guess it was just bringing me down, the lack of activity on the forum might be a turn off to people visiting
