Battle Ranking Points System?
Should Judge Rankings Be By Points Instead of the way its done now?

 I think the battle rankings should go like this:

you get 5 points for one win, 0 points for a draw and -5 points for a loss. Its better to do it like this coz the way we're doing it is kind of by percentage but kind of by wins at the same time and atm its all confusing. If we do it by percentage then lets say if one guy only ever has one battle and wins that would give him 100% putting him at a higher ranking then another guy who won 5 battles but lost 2, its not really fair.

So we should give out points for each win each person gets, this way the guy with the most wins will have the higher ranking.

 No, but we can refine it the way it is. Or maybe we could do all three. The thing about the way you have it, it makes it so there is no mystique behind being undefeated because there is no such thing. The percentage scheme would fix that but it is just as flawed if not more so than what we are already using. So again, all three for me.

 mystique of being undefeated? if you deduct points for a persons loss or perhaps it could be if someone wins, the person who lost has to give the winner 5 points and take 5 points off his own record. Its much fairer than going by percentage,

if we do it so we take points off the loser and give it to the winner it won't actually change the rankings we already have much i think. this way eboyd you'll still be 2nd coz you haven't lost any but the rest of us will have points taken off us coz of our losses. it just makes it easier to judge the rankings.

if you tie you don't get any points. if you win you get 5 points, if you lose you lose 5
