I wont lie tho Ive said this before at the odl site he simply fell off....
When he first came out with Hot Boyz and the Carter 1 and 2 he was fucking raw no joke I thought he had real potential of being a good MC but after the Drought mixtapes became so popular and people began callin him THE BEST RAPPER ALIVE he let all that (along with the weed and lean) get to him and he lost track of his old lyrical self
But thats just me
He showed that he still could write some decent songs on Tha Carter 3 but right now hes enjoying the attention and popularity he has with the bullshit than he did when he was a good MC
thats just my opinion tho

Btw, there's a difference btw "hating" and being pissed off because someone has a shitload of talent and you expect them to use it someday but the steadily regress with each effort. It's like coaching a football player who has lots of untapped talent but is lazy as fuck.
