This album is probably THE GREATEST album Ive ever heard. This is topping every single one of Eminem's albums, Nas's albums, THIS IS EVEN BETTER THEN THEIR SOLO RELEASES. This has got to be the best album Ive heard in a very long time. With the combine skill of 2 of the greatest MCs to ever bless the mic, this album certainly lives up to that hype.
Im praying for another collab with Mos & Talib

Classic album!

Hip Hop at its best, bought it back in 99 i think a year after released
"Theives In the Night" is a fucking tune still gives me chills.

100%

I looked at the moon so full and so bright
And then at the fireplace with its flickering light
And realised why this world will never be right

Released in 1998, the last great year in 90s for hip-hop classics.

I'm not a big fan of Mos Def and especially Talib Kweli but I was fuckin' with Black Star some time, keep playin' whole album on replay

He's not my fav emcee, he never was and never will. I just got respect for him as a lyricyst and I like his shit. I dont have to be a fan to appreciate somebody's music

Kiba, I agree. "Theives in the Night" is the best track off this album. I wouldn't call it 100% but it's definitely a classic and one of my favorites, and ill, I disagree. There are plenty of tracks on here I can listen to by themselves. "Theives in the Night," "Respiration," "Brown Skinned Lady," "Re: Mathematics," "Definition," etc., but I do see where you are coming from. Also, a lot of the material they omitted from this project was amazing too. I'd definitely call this a classic though. Probably about 92%.
