Ok this is going to be a clean, neat, mature discussion of these 2 Hip Hop classics. But by all means debate but also respect others opinions Ill start it off by saying Illmatic IS better than Liquid Swordz

Liquid Swordz - GZA th Genius.................. this is a pointless topic meth come on Nas is
the most overrated artist in this group
so its gonna be nas winning this if you would have
made it a little more fare like say 36chambers vs. illmatic
then it would have been alot better im just saying im not "comming at you side ways"(wtf does that mean?) but yeah WU= THE GROUPS OVERRATED GROUP,,AND NAS=THE GROUPS OVERRATED ARTIST!......anyways id pick Gza over nas anyday, Gza=Skill raw talent and is smart
Nas=alright good story teller. nice flow.

Everything GZA has Nas has 10 fold but this isnt about the artist its about their albums Liquid swordz - A great conposition of lyricism and storytelling but the beats are bland except Labels, and B.I.B.L.E. Illmatic - All around great album. Perfect debut, great production cast, raw lyricism from a new jack, INFLUENTIAL Illmatic owns Liquid Swordz

Liquid Swordz was carried with the help of the Wu
Nas did it with nobody but....fuckin AZ...whos he again?! the production on Illmatic was so much better, u had some of the best producers in the game all on that one album to give it some soul and feeling while Liquid Swordz had boring ass RZA, nothing but recycled 36 chambers beats

I wont lie it do seem like Im dissing Liquid Swordz but its my 2nd favorite Hip Hop album of all-time, but Im just simply saying its not better than Illmatic, which is my favorite Hip Hop album
