I find it hard when i join a group or forum and there is no where to introduce myself or how to just get started so thats what this thread is for. In the meantime i'd like to welcome any new members and welcome to real hip hop forever and feel free to post thread, post your videos, music etc.

i should probably elaborate as to where and why i disappeared for so long, i have explained it all to Eboyd, but it revolves around me being stuck in my own mind due to events that have happened to me in the past and the ensuing mental cage i was stuck in for the past 5 years that i only started making moves to get out of 3 months ago. which i am now free from, you guys kept me sane and i thank all the old heads for the good times and im back and ready to roll. doing what we do best Knowledge, Wisdom, Understanding and the one and only HIP HOP CULTURE.

sorry to hear you having some issues for that long and glad you are finding a way to deal, i give you props for making that first step to move forward because that takes strength. sometimes we all need a break and deal with everything in a different way, i been there. i find the site and with everything else going on with rhhf like the yt group, site, myspace, rhhf yt, other rhhf networks all keeps my mind busy from other things i have to deal with. anyway if you ever want to talk i can lend an ear so welcome back to rhhf.

ty chinita, those are kind words and put a smile on my face. i needed the time away to deal with my demons, as they werent the ones i could not avoid facing up to. when i think about how far ive come in the past 3 months it scares me that i allowed myself to become the way i did during that time period, and how much different i am now compared to then, however, im back for good and wont be going nowhere.

Hello menace, yes i remember you, always enjoyed your education and the discussions that revolved around it. You guys have been doing extremely well and i think from what ive seen is that youve all been hustling up and doing a super job. Yes, but if you cant look back to find the root cause of the problem you cant solve anything and wont progress far until you have done so, but once it has been conquered, there is no holding back for the present and the future and to apply yourself to them.

you're very welcome, glad i could put a smile on your face  time away from somethings is good, they say time heals which i agree to an extent because sometimes it's also what you do with that time that's important. The sorrow, the problems, the pain, the hurt, will always be there but once you learn how to cope in your own way things will get better. don't let it scare you or beat yourself up about it, you had to get to that point to get you where you are now.. its a process you went through..like that other saying goes, sometimes you have to hit "rock bottom" so pat yourself on the back and get ready for your next phase..

haha yeah, im not beating myself up and im actually the happiest ive ever been with myself anyways, which is a good thing, the thing that scares me about it is that i let myself get "there" originally, however there were events in my life that put me there, maybe just the realization of what i could have done back then to fix it. Anyways now ive got the determination and fire to succeed now, and ill be as busy as a bee in 2010.

Hello guys, i am new here :P i came across this site when i found it out on youtube. I visited a couple of times, and i commented on some threads (as Raekwon-The-Chef). i love hip hop and always did. first albums i ever listened was Eminems The Marshall Mathers LP and Mobb Deeps Infamy album. Both great albums. Around 2005 to 2007/8 i used to listen to shit music. I listened to a lot of mainstream, especially lil wayne. After a while, i learned a lot about "old school" hip hop. as i dug deep, i realized how crappy this mainstream music is and set on a journy to find the best music available. i mostly have a lot of albums (bought and downloaded) . I wish i could buy every album i downloaded, but unfortunetly i dont have the money, and if i did, i would be gladly to support the artist. And as for this website, im really enjoying it, and enjoyed the people in here. Thank you for reading this (if you did) ;p oh and my youtube channel > http://www.youtube.com/user/fear3bk < i would like to upload more music, but since i dont got time (most likely cause im lazy), i dont upload that much.
