I find it hard when i join a group or forum and there is no where to introduce myself or how to just get started so thats what this thread is for. In the meantime i'd like to welcome any new members and welcome to real hip hop forever and feel free to post thread, post your videos, music etc.
Be sure to check out some tips in this thread on how to use this site, for example how to post videos, images, sigs, music in here and more. You can ask me or any of the other moderators at anytime. One more thing, don't forget to bookmark the site

so you must be an old schooler like me.. well for me it was since 75 i started young in the heart of it all. i kind of fallowed hip hop since it practically started from the block parties and all, bgirl days etc, its why what i hear today makes me dissapointed.

I am a "purist" I guess you could say. how sad how its all changed from hip hop to the radios, television shows well media in general. even the commercials are terrible these days. its just sad what its turned to that i can't even let my son watch a simple cartoon because its sick, just like hip hop, back in the 80's was so different and artist put more passion into their music, you can hear it even back with james brown, the passion was so obvious that it yelled out at us..its just what this world has come to and its just getting worse. Its why we have our group, trying to pass the word on about what hip hop culture is all about, what real music is to these youngins that are all brain washed by commiercial rappers and the media. they think thats hip hop but don't know any better.
