Usually we do 3 verses. Oh well though. Alright, voting time. It's hard to vote here but if you don't count that admittedly weak verse from the Watcher, his first verse, to me, was just a bit more focused. If you rap it in your head it kind of reads on some Immortal Technique shit. I say Watcher has the slight edge here.
