Got it. lol@me. Well, maybe my wondering thoughts and ignorance will entertain someone. I'll post this instead of deleting it. Now I know why "their privacy they'll will desecrate" was confusing. The word "their" refers to Native Americans while "they'll" refers to non Native American people. I was thinking that someone was desecrating their own privacy for some untold reason.
