yeah, before i was starting to doubt if there was a difference, then i read something that reminded me, the real difference between hip hop and rap is hip hop is a culture, emcee's that have knowledge of and are a part of the culture are hip hop, people that just make rap songs but don't give a shit about the culture is just rap.
