I had a change of recently

We gotta stop hating on MCs cuz they are mainstream. Ludacris is clearly a mainstream artist, but he has sooooo much insane mic skill, he can rip Canibus in 5 different languages. Luda is a dope MC, one that underground and mainstream fans can accept and respect. Theater of the Mind had the songs to get appeal from the mainstream (Nasty Girl, What Them Girls Like, One More Drink), but the overall concept of the album was a straight up exhibition of his lyricism. Even on those mainstream songs, he was still dropping dope punchlines that made yo face turn and twist. That nigga is dope.

Even Lil Wayne was like that, but he clearly sold out and started rapping lazy cuz he knew watever he did was going platnium regardless. Same with Snoop, LL Cool J, Andre 3000.

So we as a group and a movement, need to destroy the boundry between MAINSTREAM and UNDERGROUND fans and start judging artist solely on their lyrical ability, and thats it. No more questions asked.
Dont be surprised if I say the new Eminem CD might be dope, cuz u kno wat?
Eminem hasnt disappointed YET.. So this new CD Im definately gonna be looking out for cuz Im anticipating some more of his dope lyrics, same with Dre (minus HIS lyrics) and Jay-Z..Im actually hoping Jay-Z turns things around and shows some of his old spunk from Reasonable Doubt.

we're trying to promote real hip hop, whether mainstream or underground i don't care as long as its real hip hop. but we're also trying to promote those dope artists often from the underground which are unfairly overlooked by the mainstream. we want bring balance so that we get songs with actually talent to be just as popular and get as much exposure as those other shitty pop songs which don't have skill.

Im a hypocrite, I kno for a fact Canibus would slaughter Luda but I was just saying in a abstract way hes dope

well thats what we're about, its one small step at a time, you can ring up radio stations, call in on certain t.v. shows and request songs etc. anything to promote real hip hop.
