Alright, here's something you left out though: The 4,3,2,1 verse had happened a long time before 2nd Round KO came out. They even talked of doing a collaboration, LL & Canibus to show that there's no beef or something like that and L argued that no one would know who the 4,3,2,1 verse was about. However it's the Em beef I feel was incredibly lame and especially the reasons behind it. I will give Canibus a chance and listen to some more of his stuff but this is what I think of him at the moment.
