this thread had prolly been done before but does anyone notice that females are not into hiphop like they used to be?!?! You younger cats might not recognize this but when i was younger there were a lot of female heads that were actually soaked in the culture but nowadays it seems we either have white girls that are just in a phase and like black guys and whatever bullshit music they make and the other girls i see are just trend followers/106th and park boppers..... It kills me cuz its shameful to hiphop for one but secondly cuz I can't date girls that don't like hiphop("it just wont work"-LOL) and the ones that claim they like it are even worse than the ones that dont like it at all..........What's a man to do???

I tried dating a girl that loved hip hop as much as i did and she and I got into so many arguements over hip hop lol it just didn't work plus were both hard headed as fuck

It kills me cuz its shameful to hiphop for one but secondly cuz I can't date girls that don't like hiphop("it just wont work"-LOL) and the ones that claim they like it are even worse than the ones that dont like it at all..........What's a man to do??? i remember we had this topic along time ago in the group before we had the site.. its sad but many of the girls like crank, pop and dont care much for underground hip hop but love any dance music regardless of the lyrics but there are a few i found that are into real hip hop and the hip hop culture and i invited them but some dont join  i gotten a few to join the group but they dont post...i try to explain it to my teenage daughter but she doesnt really care as much as my son about underground and real hip hop..just got to remember this is how most of these girls were raised and all they hear on the radio and love clubs like i use to, i was nothing but a party and club animal as a young girl but at least i was raised hip hop sceen..old school so maybe its different that i have more appreicatation for the culture..

what I see today with girls my age, is that some of them do listen to hip hop, but most chicks just want music to make them feel sexier, want to dance, or party, and sadly usually "bend over bitch and let me see dat jiggly ass" makes them feel sexy for some reason.

some funny responses....Basically, I just want a girl that's kinda like me...it's cool if we have different opinions but I love talking about hiphop and shit so it'd be nice to have a cool chick to do BF/GF shit with but also have that connection thru' hiphop....but there's NONE out there...at least in my city anyway......I said before I "can't date girls that don't like hiphop" but I obviously can cuz I have but none of them worked out.......they think being so into my music is immature....i've had two girls that respected it and they lasted a long time but only one of them really paid attention to hiphop and started to really enjoy it....
