Meth, I think it's obvious that those MF DOOM lyrics are just building his villain character. They are heavily doing so. If you notice though, he very often throws in absurd, nonsensical lines, most likely in mockery of rappers who make no sense, especially considering he often talks shit about emcees that say things but don't mean shit. For example: "7 alligator 7," "you got blue sandals," etc. These are lines randomly thrown into his verses lol! He does that all the time. He's not spitting nonsense just to spit nonsense, it's all to fit his character and in mockery.
