oooooohhhhh gaylord meth, burrrn. okay, I wuldn't say 60% of the underground... I'd say like 95% of the underground is wack. Thers a BUNCH of crap out there and when u think about it and name all the good underground artists, it isn't that many. But that isn't the point. Most mainstream has a certain formula in creating music (which when u think about it shouldn't be called music at all, it should be just called a product). And the product is stripped down of most creative aspects of it and refined so it could be tolerated by the average listener. That's why when you think of pop rock, you can already imagine the sound of it, pop rock will only sound a certain way. Pop rap will only sound a certain way. But it isn't all that bad really, I mean, if people like it then I guess it's good to have it out there. To me, though, I get really tired of listening to a stripped down form of music all the time.
