PNC - New Zealand?? Yeah I could never find it to get into someone as that. Not that its just that he isn't around, but I just find it hard to get into more artist when I'm already into so many. So someone way out there just seems meaningless to listen to.

he doesn't really rap with any accent so if you were listening to him you wouldn't even know he wasn't from america

That's not the point I was trying to make. Its that I won't ever come across anything from this guy. So I really have no intentions of venturing. Not that it matters just saying.

That excuse is kind of lame though. However, there are much better artists in the US so I don't listen to much PNC anyways. I truthfully can't think of any artists outside the US that I would put in my top 100 and it's not just the accent that kills it. I can handle hip hop with accents, but I haven't heard anything ground breaking from a foreigner since Promoe's song "Off The Record" and even he couldn't really do much of anything other than that. Even the producers/DJs overseas really do nothing for me. I'm not a huge Nujabes/Nicolay/Shin Ski etc. fan though I still can enjoy their music occasionally.

my new theme song

that's the problem, overseas artists have to make something groundbreaking otherwise they won't listen, so its okay for a u.s.a artists to release an okay album but for someone overseas it has to be completely groundbreaking

Well to me yeah. I mean I don't like "okay" underground artist at all either. They have to have something that pops, or grabs my attention. And the reason for that is because there isn't a real stable option for us to get used to the sound, because its obviously not played day in and day out. But I'm just saying I can't really feel someone way out there out of the united states. I won't see him in person, I probably can't find any of he's albums, etc.. (I meant country not state in my earlier post)

international hip hop is groundbreaking many US people ignore it or don't understand it there are people like Ben Sharpa ( he raps in English ) Keny Arkana , Supreme NTM , IAM and many other that caught the attention of the US and many US artists did entire albums whit some of them

I know what u're saying, but this times are over in europe, Supreme NTM, IAM, all that dope shit from france = past, france right now is full of that "pop lil wayne hiphop", only some underground artists left making dope shit. And Germany lmao!, from dope tracks with gza http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lOv947I9yc0 to fake gangsters talking about drive-by's and ghetto shit...in germany? lol, people here are worried about buying pepsi or coke, not drive-by's...also canada's dope shit is mostly 90's shit
