here's my list
Raekwon, he did a lot of shit this year, 2 or 3 mixtapes, so many guest appearances and of course his great album OB4CL2, which was the only hip hop album in Time Magazine's top 10 albums, and no. 1 on itunes for hip hop albums.
Royce Da 5'9", i don't like some of his recent work but he's been working his ass off this year and last year, he released his solo album Street Hop, Slaughterhouse album, Revival EP and he's already about to release a new mixtape Bar Exam 3.
Eminem, also did a lot of work, his album Relapse wasn't his best but he's still got good lyrics, had good guest appearances etc, he really impressed me in that B.E.T Cypher.
