ems early work was crazy but i dont think he deserves to be on here for his more recent shit. i still respect dude tho and when he wants to he can shut anyone down and i mean anyone. last years cypher was classic em and he can bring that shit when ever he wants

Well his recent album, Recovery, he didnt produce with the usual team that made his classic albums (The Bass Brothers or Dr. Dre, plus contribution from himself) he relied on outside help this time (Mr. Porter, whom he never collabs with, and Boi-1da, who co-produced Drake's album as well as Forever)
I cant just judge him off his beats tho cuz "Lyrically" Eminem has been murdering every MC since he stepped in the game. Even then, his beats (IMO) were still listenable and good to enjoy.

Lyrically, he's still a beast, more now that the accent is gone. I only don't like the beats no more, ya know.
I was used to hear him booming on east coast shit, and he ripped it. But now, with those dirty south beats, i'm getting Nastradamous flashbacks

He's also one of the few emcee's that was able to be lyrical and mainstream at the same time, its very rare to have that now days
